This painting is a tribute to the art and skill of sculptor Thor Larsen
(in my opinion one of the most talented and renowned sculptors in the world).
Among his works one particularly impressed and inspired me: "MIMET".
I thought about how beautiful and exciting it would be to try to turn this sculpture into a painting.
I contacted Thor, who was immediately enthusiastic about my idea.
Now Mimet is no longer just a sculpture: thanks to Thor it has now also become my painting.
A sculpture turns into a painting. Art, like life, is change and movement.
